Linux is just as easy to use as Windows or OSX - Once you learn how to use the terminal, it gets even better.

Boot, click, click, John Doe, password123, click, click, done. Linux is easy to install - Ubuntu is even easier to install than Windows 7, which was very easy. It's not some obscure basement tinfoil hat OS, it's literally powering mankind right now. It's tried and true with a HUGE base of contributors constantly patching and updating it. Linux is everywhere - Android phones, supercomputers, Raspberry Pis, computers, tablets, microwaves, satellites, and more. Carry it with you and use it on any PC you want. You can try Linux WITHOUT wiping your hard drive - Use Rufus to "burn" the ISO (dl below) to a USB drive. Linux is fast - Being open source and pretty much used in every supercomputer ever, Linux is inherently infused with stability and efficient performance in mind. People didn't see one they wanted, so they made their own version, with themes, behaviors, and pre-installed programs set up in a new way. Linux is free - Not just without cost, but it's free and open source (free as in freedom).
